Delivered in conjunction with Sport BC's Power of Sport Tour and CanoeKayak Canada Coach's week CKBC will offer CanoeKids in preparation for the 2010 Summer Season. This course is a Coaching for Community Sport NCCP certified course that is required for those delivering summer programs at our registered canoe clubs and is suitable for those wishing to deliver canoe/kayak programs in the community. This introductory paddling skills development program focuses on the development of flatwater canoe and kayak paddling skills in a safe, fun and team building atmosphere. Registration includes a workbook, coaches handbook (resource guide) and a t-shirt. Billeting may be available. If required please indicate on the registration form under 'comments'. Individuals providing coaching services at a registered CKC/CKBC club in the 2010 season will be reimbursed their registration fee upon written verification from their head coach or commodore.
