Saturdays Oct 15 – Dec 3
Meet at Deep Cove Field 2:30pm – Rain or Shine (Will reschedule if extreme rain or stormy weather) Finish approx. 4:30pm
Also Includes: 2 small group video sessions (1 per month) at Burnaby Lake and 1 additional, on your own, workout per week
Trainings will have both a technical and fitness component and will roughly follow the below layout:
10min Dry Land Warm-up and Technical Discussion / Q and A
20min On water warm-up Technical work/ drills
40min – 1 hour Fitness Workout – Intensity is self-set.
20min Technical Work
20min Post paddle discussion/ Q and A
Finish by 4:30pm
In Addition to Technical /Fitness components, we will be doing a number of drills, discussing Boat position, equipment setup, basic injury prevention, and will go over some key dry land strengthening exercises.
