Details	Fall Testing Information for Athletes on the Lower Mainland Date: • Sunday, December 11 Time: 10 am Location of Testing: • Strength and measurement component: Fortius • Run - Burnaby Central Secondary School Exercises: • Senior Athletes: Bench pull power; bench pull repeated power; 3RM press; 3RM pull; 1500m run; body measurements • Junior Athletes: Bench pull power; 3-6RM press; 3-6RM pull; 40” pull ups; 1500m run; body measurements Registration: • Registration will be accepted until 12 pm on Monday, December 5. All Provincial Team Athletes are expected to participate in the testing
