DESCRIPTION:Athletes achieving HP status will be invited to participate in 
 this Pacific Northwest training camp that is supported by both the CKC and 
 USACK National Development Coaches with athletes from Alberta\, BC and Wash
 ington participating.

\nAthletes will be training in groups based on the
 ir speed (LTAD!) and coaches will be shared between the groups allowing opp
 ortunities for much feedback for athletes\; and mentoring for coaches.
\n

 nALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.

\nAthletes will be hoste
 d (billeted) by the Seattle Canoe Club members who will provide a light bre
 akfast each morning.  All other meals will be served from the Canoe Club an
 d prepared by Seattle volunteers so any parents attending are invited to vo
 lunteer as well\;  the more the merrier!

\nMac Hickox (the US Natio
 nal Development Coach - himself a former Olympian and Olympic medalist's co
 ach) will be attending for most of the week and has a lot to offer both our
  athletes and our coaches.

\nAthletes interested in attending should
  contact Aasim directly and will be responsible for making all of their own
  arrangments for attendance.
