Details	Pool session Friday 7 - 9 PM at Cowichan Aquatic Centre, Duncan On-water sessions streamed by age, ability and experience morning and afternoon Saturday and Sunday. On-water sessions will vary from flatwater on the lake, intro to moving water (class I), basic whitewater (class I and II) and advanced for youth (class II and III). Registration includes: instruction, dinner on Saturday and breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday.
