Accommodations - A group block has been organized at the Dartmouth Hampton Inn and is now set up at the discounted rate of $129 (standard) & $149 (suite) which will be available to book until July 22, 2012.
Your group code is BCT and must be quoted at the time of booking to ensure that you are under the correct guest room block and getting your proper rate.

Our hotel website will appear and on the upper right hand side, you can select the check in and checkout dates. Once you select the dates and hit the “Go” button, you will then be brought to a new page. If you scroll down the page, there is a place where you can enter your group convention code. Simply put your BCT code in and select continue.
The next page will list all of the room types that are available at your discounted rate. You select your desired room type and the continue button. Just follow the rest of the steps (name, credit card # etc.) and the reservation process will be complete.
