Location: Stake Lake/Kamloops

Focus: The main focus will be on basic skills and technique for beginners, endurance and heavy load of conditioning for advanced athletes.

Cost: $5 for day pass, $5 for gear rental/day.

Accommodation: I have few families who are willing to billet kids - first come, first served.
