Canoe Kayak BC acknowledges this course is offered on the traditional territory of the Ktunaxa and Sinixt First Nations. The Advanced Entry Level Competitive Coach focuses on athletes developing Fundamentals, Training to Train and Learning to Compete. Note the prerequisite below. Individuals completing this weekend workshop will be "ELCC Advanced Trained". Participants are required to have completed the National Coaching Certification prerequisite modules (Designing a Sports Program, Basic Mental Skills, Coaching and Leading Effectively, Resistance Training) as well as completing the online Making Ethical Decisions Evaluation prior to attending the course. These course MUST be completed prior to the coach's evaluation which is required to achieve the 'ELCC Advanced Certified' status. Candidates must be 16 years of age by the course start date or have the prior approval of the CKBC Coaching Coordinator. REGISTRATION DEADLINE is June 29: receive a $50 discount CKBC registered coach - $225
