Open Canadian 55+ Championships

On August 26th, the Games Organizing Committee is hosting the first ever CDIC Active Living Day located at St. Lawrence Park, Brockville. The CDIC Active Living Day schedule will consist of 17 recreational events dedicated to having fun and raising awareness about senior’s healthy living. Also scheduled, are four Open Canadian Championships including the 5km & 10Kkm Road Race and 200m flat water sprints in Canoeing and Kayaking (C1/C2, K1K2).

This is the first time in the Canada 55+ Games history that anyone (including those from outside Canada) can enter to compete without first qualifying at provincial championships. We are extending this opportunity to anyone 55 and older within your network or programming to register in the Open Canadian Championship events.
