\n• Each Paddler may race a maximum of 
 8 races in a single discipline\, and an additional two in another (ie. 8 ka
 yak races and 2 canoe races).
\n• War Canoe races do not count towards th
 e race limit.
\n• Mixed club crews do not count towards a paddlers race l
 imit.
\n
\nEntries
\n• Please submit entries sorted by event\, with every
  athletes full name appearing in every
\nevent they are entered in. (Someth
 ing copy-paste friendly)
\n• For athletes/crews racing duplicate entries 
 for 500m & 200m races it is acceptable to submit one list of entries for bo
 th\, and only indicate the changes that have been made for the 200m events.
