| Details | ALL athletes attending the Team BC Trials are invited to attend a 'Mental Training' session with Dave Freeze. Each session will be 2 hours and participants will build on this base. There will be 2 sessions; one for those that are new to the mental training game with Dave and one for those who have worked effectively with him at the Western Canada Summer Games.
