DESCRIPTION:Club Excellence is a program built to support any sport\, is th
 ird-party operated\, using fair and transparent methods to deliver a nation
 al certification program. The certification program recognizes clubs and as
 sociations that invest in building capacity to meet and exceed a basic set 
 of operating principles. These principles are based on a framework of six a
 reas that contribute to better governance\, increased financial accountabil
 ity\, improved integration with NSO and PSO programs and increased awarenes
 s of LTAD or LTPD philosophies.
\nThe six core areas of Club Excellence are
  program delivery\, coaching\, people management\, governance\, financial a
 ccountability\, and marketing\, recruitment and revenue generation. Great s
 port organizations are those that develop strategies on the water and off.

 st and CKBC is the first group scheduled to host so you are on a leading ed
 ge.  Bring your board and club volunteers and help move your club towards  
 certfication.
