Exercises:
• Senior Athletes: Bench pull power; bench pull repeated power; 3RM press; 3RM pull; 1500m run; body measurements
• Junior Athletes: Bench pull power; 3-6RM press; 3-6RM pull; 40” pull ups; 1500m run; body measurements

All Provincial Team Athletes are expected to participate in the testing
