Winter Testing Information for Athletes on the Lower Mainland

Date:
• Sunday, February 25

Time: 10 am for the first group. Groups will be announced during the week of testing.

Location of Testing:
MVMT Academy (North Vancouver). This is Liam Fisher's excellent gym.

Exercises:
• Senior Athletes: Bench pull power; bench pull repeated power; 3RM press; 3RM pull; 1500m run; body measurements
• Junior Athletes: Bench pull power; 3-6RM press; 3-6RM pull; 40” pull ups; 1500m run; body measurements

Deadline to register is Wednesday, February 21.

All Provincial Team Athletes are expected to participate in the testing
