Canoe Kayak BC would like to acknowledge that this course is being offered on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen/Songhees First Nations (Victoria) and Snuneymuxw traditional territories (Nanaimo). The Entry Level Competitive Coach focuses on athletes developing Fundamentals, Training to Train and Learning to Compete. Note the prerequisite below. Individuals completing this weekend workshop will be "ELCC Trained". Participants are required to have completed the National Coaching Certification Competition A and B Theory modules as well as the online Making Ethical Decisions - Introduction to Competition prior to attending the course. This course MUST be completed prior to the coach's evaluation which is required to achieve the 'ELCC Certified' status. Candidates must be 16 years of age by the course start date or have the prior approval of the CKBC Coaching Coordinator. REGISTRATION DEADLINE is May 4 - Receive a $50 discount CKBC registered coach - $225
