Start gates will be available for practice on Thursday, June 20.
1:00 to 1:30 pm for 1000m
2:00 to 2:45 pm for 500m
3:00 to 3:45pm for 200m

4. TRIALS FEES 
The entry fee for National Team Trials #2 is $ 200.00 per athlete. This fee is inclusive of GST.

All payments must be made by cheque, cash, e-transfer* to [email protected] or phone-in credit card** payment at 613-260-1818 ext. 2307 prior to the Pre-Competition Meeting (5pm ET on Thursday, June 20).

** Credit card payments are subject to 3% processing fee.

5. RELEASE AGREEMENT WAIVER
All participating athletes must submit a signed release agreement waiver online prior to the Pre-Competition Meeting (5pm ET on Thursday, June 20). The release agreement form only needs to be completed once per year and is applicable to all CKC events. Therefore, if already submitted for Trials 1, then do not need to submit again.

6. ON-SITE ATHLETE REGISTRATION
CKC will have an athlete registration table set-up outside ADCKC (weather pending) on Thursday, June 20 from 12 PM to 4:30 PM. 

Any updates will be communicated in the WhatsApp Chat.

Any outstanding payments or accounts receivables may be settled at the athlete registration table.
Important Reminder: Athletes must be registered with a CKC (SRD) member club for the 2019 season and must be in “good standing” with CKC and their member club. Therefore, to be eligible to compete athletes must not have any outstanding accounts with CKC unless a previously approved payment plan is in place. 

7. SPOKESPERSON FORM & PROTESTS
Club coaches are the only eligible spokesperson. Divisional and Provincial coaches may ONLY act as a spokesperson on behalf of the athlete if the club coach is not present at the NTT1 event.

Completed Spokesperson forms may be sent to [email protected] or submitted in person at the CKC registration table or at the Coaches’ Meeting.

In the event where an athlete or coach feels the need to file a protest, ONLY the Club coach who is the official spokesperson for the athlete involved, can submit the protest. Only if / when the club coach is not present at the event, the Provincial Coach MAY act as the athlete’s spokesperson. The protest must be submitted to Chief Official no more than 30mins post-race.
