Provincial Team Testing - Lower Mainland Athletes

Fall Testing Information for Athletes on the Lower Mainland

Date:
• Sunday, December 9

Time:
10 am for Group 1: Junior/Senior Women
11:45 am for Group 2: Junior/Senior Men

Please come early to do your individual warm-up.

Location of Testing:
MVMT Academy (North Vancouver).

Exercises:
• Senior Athletes: Bench pull power; bench pull repeated power; 3RM press; 3RM pull; 1500m run; body measurements
• Junior Athletes: Bench pull power; 3-6RM press; 3-6RM pull; 40” pull ups; 1500m run; body measurements

Track:

After each group is completed the strength and power portion of the testing, they will head to the track for the 1500m testing (Group 1: ~11:45-12:00; Group 2: ~1:30-2). Expect to be at the track for 30-45' (warm-up, test, cool down, etc).

Track Location:

Handsworth Secondary, North Vancouver: 4312 Handsworth Rd. The track is located right behind Handsworth Secondary and roughly 9' from the gym.

Deadline to register is Friday, December 7.

All Provincial Team Athletes are expected to participate in the testing
