Fall Testing Information for Athletes on the Lower Mainland

Date: Sunday, December 8

Time:
Group 1: 9 am* for Seniors (those that will be U19+ next year) and Slalom athletes
Group 2: 11 am for Junior (U18)

Please come early to do your individual warm-up.

Location of Testing:
MVMT Academy1711 Welch St, North Vancouver, BC

Exercises:
Senior Athletes: Bench pull power; bench pull repeated power; 3RM press; 3RM pull; 2' bench press; 1500m run; anthro (height & weight)

Slalom Athletes: 3RM press; 3RM pull; max pull-ups; 1500m run; plank; anthro (height & weight)

Junior Athletes: Bench pull/press power; 2' bench press/pull; 1' pull ups; 1500m run; anthro (height & weight)

Track:
After each group is completed the strength and power portion of the testing, they will head to the track for the 1500m testing (Group 1: ~11:00 am; Group 2: ~1:00 pm).

Expect to be at the track for 30-45' (warm-up, test, cool down, etc).

Handsworth Secondary
4312 Handsworth Rd.
North Vancouver

The track is located right behind Handsworth Secondary and roughly 9' from the gym.

Deadline to register is Wednesday, December 4.

All Provincial Team Athletes are expected to participate in the testing
