NAIG Final Selection Training Camp

CKBC acknowledges this event is being held on the Katzie, S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō) and the Hul’q’umi’num’ / Halq’eméylem / hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ First Nations Territory.

This is a ISPARC run training camp in partnership with Canoe Kayak BC

This will be the FINAL SELECTION event for athletes wishing to make Team BC to travel to Halifax for 2020 North American Indigenous Games. This camp is MANDATORY to attend to finally be named to the team.
Selection Races will be done during this camp, so athletes must attend in order to make the team.

This training camp provides athletes the opportunity to practice in sprint boats that are used at the North American Indigenous Games. Athletes will paddle in singles and doubles canoes, and singles kayak to train and improve their skills in anticipation for the 2020 NAIG.

**Location is still to be confirmed, but will most likely be in Pitt Meadows, BC.
